So, all the talk about Bama being tethered to Golding because Golding is under contract is purely excuse making. Pay the damn buyout or demote Golding and bring in another DC. The end.

True but Saban doesn't fire coaches that are still under contract. The most he does is encourage them to look around. In fact I don't think he even fired Kevin Steele or Major Applewhite after '07

We have at least two more weeks before we learn what Nick Saban thinks of his current coaching staff performance (2022).

Expect the unexpected

KSU? NO!

Vaughn is a legit talent. Arguably the best RB we faced outside of Bijan Robinson. He will be drafted, and will probably have a long career in the NFL in the mold of an Austin Ekeler or previous KSU superstar Darren Sproles.

Bryce isn't getting drafted before Stroud.

I get it's your schtick. But your schtick is to be a dumbass dick.

Bryce has an 85% chance of going #1. It mostly depends on if Houston gets the pick or if the Bears get the pick. Because Bears won't go QB.

And almost all of his production came on one play where the guy tasked with filling the gap he ran through was tackled by a lineman. The defense played really well. Golding still sucks, but we did a good job of getting into the backfield and forcing a bunch of 3rd and longs.

(Bryce, Will & Jahmyr just declared - Coach Saban said there may be others at a later date)

All expected I reckon. Too bad Bryce never got to start for a NC team.

For those who say Golding is under contract and therefore will be back next year hold on. He can be moved to an off field position. Probably to do with recruiting.

I don’t think this is very realistic

Am I less of a man for almost being in tears because Bryce is leaving? I love that kid and he was such a good representative of the university. Not to mention the best QB I have seen in Crimson ??

I didn't cry but I don't think you are less of a man. Bryce has been a great representative of the University, played through injury, and has done it all with humility. He reminds me a little of Barry Sanders. I think he was the GOAT RB but his attitude put him over the top in my book.

We have really been blessed with a run of quality young men at our qb position. Hurts,Tua, Mac, and Bryce have all been great ambassadors for Bama.

Surely y'all realize that Saban let's them save face, but coming back isn't an option when he's ready to move on?
