Anyone know the landing spot for Wheaton? Wasn't he committed to Oklahoma first?
He was but that was when Riley was there.
On3 reporting that he visited SMU for an UV and appears he will be signing with SMU for next season.
No treatment of any Book issue or Status of any lingering injury issues.

Camar such a weak unthankful quitter. Gave him the best treatment and rehab and he leaves.

Here were the highlights:
-- “I think at this point, everybody needs to be able to self-assess,” Saban said. “Did you give effort? Did you play with toughness? Did you really know what to do?”
-- “We’re not disappointed in where we are. We’re certainly not where we’d like to be, or want to be, or need to be,” Saban said. He noted a lot of young players are getting opportunities, especially along the offensive line -- there were three starters out -- and a few defensive starters were out Saturday with injuries that are not considered serious.
-- “There were some really good collisions,” Saban said, applauding his team’s effort.

We need insiders. To share from scrimmage.

The offensive line is blocking better at this point than it was last year at the same time.
The wide receivers are more consistent and stepping up.
Couple of freshman are showing out. (1 of which is Aaron Anderson)
Gibbs is a real one. Sanders is also improving and more comfortable with his past injuries.
Milroe is that guy.
Braswell is going to be a GREAT rotation.
And the BIGGEST key point of them all? There's real leadership on THIS team this season. And negativity isn't there and if/when it does pop up it gets taken care of by the leaders quickly and the players are being held accountable at a higher level compared to 2021.

If he lost 46 pounds then he should be somewhere below 340 and that should make him sexy.
He was listed at 370 as a recruit so who the hell knows what he really came in weighing, but it was definitely a shitload. He should be a lot more powerful at the lower weight.
There are some bug sumbitches on this roster. Any word on the big OG that was a freshman last year? He was around 340 I think.

Seems like we get less and less info on spring scrimmages every year.

Oatis is dropping weight like a guy who is self-motivated and who will push for playing time. I'm sure the coaches are loving him dropping the weight. And, I don't think any of our returning defensive linemen aside from the edges have distinguished themselves at this point to have a job locked up.

Short version. We looked way better than I thought we would. I’ll reserve judgement for more scrimmages but we are loaded and will compete for a natty.

Tim Smith has to step up and be a force on the interior. Dale is a great run stopper but that's it. Really hope some of the younger guys like Payne, Goodwine and Burroughs make a move.

Once again Saban mentions all WRs , except Hall? Don’t get it.
