I don't know how you resist playing Milroe at RB.
Maybe Kristian Storey considering the size he's at now would also be a good candidate?
He was always a kid who could have played on both sides of the ball if needed.

Ole Miss ran a 3 man front and let us run all over them.
Alabama was having major breakdowns in the defensive backfield a month ago. Our def backs have sort of got it together now. One of the espn talking heads said Ala always has problems on defense in the years they have turnover in the defensive backfield. I think he is pretty much correct. We just run a complicated system, and it takes time for them to learn it and not have blown coverages like we had vs TAMU and UT. We also dont have a lot of star power on either line of scrimmage. One on the D line and one on the O line.

So, only 8 players remain from the 2018 class.

The 2019 class is a problem as well as far as numbers leaving Bama.

Success for Rest of Alabama's Season Could Come Down to Defense. (SI)
Despite some mishaps along the way, Alabama's defense has quietly put together an impressive season; and it will be key down the stretch.

Moore seems to be practicing, so that's a good sign.

Hopefully he wins it. Davis’s numbers just aren’t there.
He made it on name recognition alone. He’s played well but also missed 2 whole games in addition to 2 more games where he had to come out early because of injury.

I couldn't justify giving it to Jordan Davis. Not that he isn't a good player, but the media has really pumped him up like he's Suh.
He plays like 40% of their defensive snaps...

The stats aren't close, Anderson is head and shoulders above the other two stat wise.

Saban on practice this week: "Yesterday was OK. Today, we've got a lot of guys that had the 'poor me's, whatever that means. You get into your feelings and you don't do things the way you need to do them to have success, and when you get that way, you don't create good habits."

If this team is still having lousy practices in November before the biggest game of the year, then don't expect a championship this year.

Maybe Saban should give them a hug.

If Saban is riding them hard then he's just trying to get the best out of them. Im good with it. And honestly, i dont think anyone expects a championship this year.
