From what I could tell in the AU game looked like a typical 3-4 to me.
If you can run tempo and have vertical threats to actually stress their secondary, you can push that defense.

Alabama Coaching Staff Names Five Players of the Week after Texas A&M Contest
The Alabama coaching staff named five players of the week following the Crimson Tide's matchup last Saturday in College Station against Texas A&M. Brian Robinson Jr. and Jameson Williams on offense; DJ Dale on defense; and Ja'Corey Brooks and Will Reichard on special teams all earned the recognition for their play against the Aggies.

Haha, no, it's not a nickname. "Shake back" is basically slang for, getting over something and making a comeback. Like, if a player gets injured, they'll say they're gonna shake back 100%.
So I think Holden is saying the team is going to overcome the loss and be good to go. He could also be talking about letting his emotions get the best of him. Either way, it's a good thing for him to tweet that.
