Does anybody else have the feeling it's going to be a wild day with some crazy/sloppy football. With no spring practices, it wouldn't surprise me to see a ton of mistakes. Teams with first year coaches are probably going to be in worse shape than others.

I'm really curious to see if our different approach this fall camp because of covid works, along with changing the strength and conditioning program. I'm going to try to be less critical on golding this year, especially early on.

Roll Tide guys!!!

The one I would not be surprised by is Kentucky winning.

Ole miss is putting up a pretty good fight right now too. I doubt they have the depth the stay with Florida for 4 quarters though.

Lane Kiffin at Ole Miss is going to be a challenge for us to get past in the near future.

Just watching the Ole Miss-Florida and Auburn-Kentucky games and I've already seen multiple bonehead coaching decisions.

Auburn, Kentucky and Ole Miss have all gone for it on 4th down around the 15-20 yard line instead of taking the points on a FG.

Auburn's defense is in for a long season. Better hope their offense can outscore every team they play because they are getting gashed pretty bad

I may not be the best at spotting talent in football but Missouri came to play yesterday. That was by far the most physical game I've seen all season. I see a bunch of people on BOL saying they are average at best, I think we need to get a few games into the season before we can say they suck. I was impressed with their toughness and the adjustments the MO coaches made throughout the game. They never quit and capitalized on a few blown assignments by our backups.

Anybody that is bitching about the way Alabama looked yesterday considering we had absolutely no spring practices or scrimmages needs to step back from the ledge. I mean take a look at every other team that has played so far and you will quickly notice that everybody has a lot of stuff to work on. Maybe not Clemson but they have the convenience of playing scrimmages to fine tune their problems before the playoffs start.

I honestly dont know how any fan of football could watch that game last night, giving the circumstances, and come away pissed about that performance. Either we have the most fricking spoiled fanbase in football or a bunch of gamblers are pissed about us not covering the spread. Were lucky to be enjoying football at all. If you cant watch the game and truly enjoy the good mixed in with the bad, then maybe you should find another hobby.

Alright rant over, this isnt directed at anybody in particular

Good post, Bro. I agree. Bama was thoroughly dominating a pretty good team on the road (35-3) until we started focusing on playing mostly our backups for their development. The hasty jumping to negative judgement conclusions and melting on the board last night and this morning is pretty silly. It's even worse on the BOL board.

Saw that Mac Jones and Josh Jobe were both named to PFF's Team of the Week.

I was real critical of Golding last yr but I also understood he was dealing with a lot of greenhorns also. I was very happy with what I saw last night from the Def.

All anyone need do is to look around at what happened across CFB.

Oklahoma and LSU straight up lost.

UGA managed 7 points in the first half against Arky.

aTm sneaked out a 5 point win at home against Vandy.

Tennessee barely survived USCe.

Auburn was in a dogfight for most of the game against Kentucky.

Alabama came out, punched them in the mouth and put them away before halftime. If people aren't pleased with that there's really not much help for them.

BOL is damn near unreadable atm. To be honest after spring got canceled, I thought for sure they would cancel the season. So I'm just grateful to be enjoying a bama game with my kids more than anything else. I've got a 14 yo and a 9 yo, and we had a blast watching the game together last night

Well deserved. One of things I noticed about Jones last night was his passes were thrown that only our WRs could catch them. If they were not caught there would not be an interception either.

One of the best things when M Ingram played RB I feel was his ability to always get positive yards. It was never the break it off run for a TD but the runs that were always positive in yardage where he just put his head down and went forward. I saw that in Harris last night.

I am looking forward to this season and based on what I have seen from other teams playing already we can win it all. Also I can see two teams from the SEC make the playoffs this year.

Really? What are the complaints? I thought we played a really solid game last night when a lot of other teams were looking downright sloppy.

Don't forget Texas and how bad they looked and against a bad team to have to in overtime. They have no defense and I do not see any team from the Big 12 in the playoffs right now.
