Now they're saying Newman to UGa and King to OU if Riley stays. Transfer season is almost as crazy as the coaching carousel.

Dont think King is going anywhere. He and his teammate deliberately took a red shirt so they could come back to a better team next season. Houston is shooting for a nationally relevant team in the next 1-3 years. They are building towards that. It would have been a wasted year for King because they did not have a good supporting cast around him.
Anoma is also part of the building blocks. Holgorsen is hoping to make big splash this year and the next. That being said King may still defect to Oklahoma,since they are QBU.
All this was mentioned in Houston papers before the season. Let's see how this works out for Holgorsen.

Except King if I am correct has graduated and can transfer as a grad transfer and not sit out with 1 year to play. He played in 16, 17, and in 18 got hurt at the end of the season. I guess we will see but I never though the move to sit out really was about Houston.

Some "per sources" chatter is indicating, as of today, that he's leaning toward staying.
