Im sure it isn't but it was the most hoarse his voice has been post game in a long time

This won't be important until at least a week from now, but I predict that the media will not see Tua at practice at all during the time leading up to LSU, regardless of what his status is.

Cecil Said Saban got a little agitated in his press conference when asked if Taulia will play.
Posted on 10/23/19 at 9:13 pm to mistaken4193
quote:
Saban: “There’s a lot of speculation in the NFL and college football, ‘How do you call pass interference? What is pass interference?’”
He recognizes it’s a judgement call, but preaches playing the ball will limit the PI penalties.
What is this, "play the ball" nonsense? that's as rare as a made field goal

I'm thrilled about this but just curious as to why it took so long to find him and why we ever trotted poor Reichard out there...

apparently Will was cleared medically and looked good in warmups
Posted on 10/25/19 at 1:53 pm to mrbroker
reichard told the coaches he was good to go after warmups. then he wasnt.
Posted on 10/25/19 at 1:57 pm to crimsontater
The rationale was that he was well enough to punt as there is less rotational torque happening. It's true up until the point you have your leg extended and someone runs into it. Then all bets are off.

quote:His best offer was Army. Is the rest of college football dumb? People just progress differently. He is still considered inconsistent. He only punted twice. Potential is promising though. Do not know why fans who know so little continue to question unknowable issues. To say this staff is competent and better than any fan is so obvious.

The reason "poor Reichard was trotted out there" is that the medical staff cleared him and he was needed.

Perine was absolutely murdering the ball in warmups pregame. I was surprised he didn’t come out from the get go. His punts were high and long. Kicking from ~40 yard line, he was clearing the net behind the goal post and putting balls 10 rows up in the student section.

Really ? Someone on here said he was terrible in pregame and his two best punts were in the game . Either way, it gives hope to our punting Game

ESPN has a stat that Alabama can set the SEC record for consecutive home wins tomorrow, with 31 straight. For some reason I question this. I feel Florida had a longer one in the 1990s. And Alabama had a 57 consecutive win streak in Tuscaloosa from 1963-1982 they clearly don’t count.

Thought the same thing when I saw that. I think they mean current is the only thing I can think of
