Buchner's low release and excelent first step - get his to the edge throw it quick or turn it up for 5 or 6 yards.
If he throws it quick on the edge it will take his "aiming the ball" out of the equation.
Buchner seams to be processing under fire the best. He has pretty good "off platform" delivery.

Just got out. Everyone got time versus the 1s. 1st team defense dominated. Milroe looked amazing with the 1s versus the 2s. Cooled off against the 1s but nobody did particularly well against them
Simpson was pressured a lot because he was with the 2s. Did reasonably well given the circumstances
Buchner probably had the best day overall
Lonergan threw a bomb to Law against the 1st team. But cooled off pretty hard.

Next week is locking down who the top 15 to 18 players are for O & D and building the "package groups". The following week is game plan install (normal in season week).

Honestly, I wouldn’t mind to let him grow through the fire. Based on todays reports, it couldn’t be much worse, and it seems he has a lot higher of a ceiling.
