Yeah, I was just saying how they’ve misused those two all year. Such a waste.

If we started running quick slant and slot stop routes, we probably force them to inch up closer and make it easier for our vertical patterns to work.

This was what I was hoping to see because I thought it could’ve built some confidence for Ty but it was just struggle city that entire day from an offensive execution standpoint.

I’m fine with a 7YPA day at QB but it means you damn sure better be consistent with putting the ball where it needs to be, the receivers need to catch it and you can’t be turning the ball over because without explosive plays you have to do a lot of little easy things right for it to end with points.

When will DeBoer next speak on injuries? Must got hurt in practice which is where most our injuries are occurring this year

Not sure if the SEC is doing the coaches teleconference tomorrow, but the first availability report will come out tomorrow night, so we'll know for sure then (unless CodeName pops in before then).

Good news: Bray isn't injured

Bad news: Riley, Cuevas, and Lewis are out

That’s good. The rest of those guys outside Riley were expected to

Hopefully Germie and Parker are easily good to go because we need them bad

Kalen DeBoer asked by PeeWee on "Hey Coach" about health of Parker Brailsford: "Every day is important for a number of these guys. Every day they're getting better. We still have a few days. Our training staff is amazing ... These guys are making the progress that we need to make and looking forward to having -- have them out there.

"There's obviously limited reps and things like that that some of them have to take, but that's this time of year. That happens all the time across college football."

How did Russaw look last week? Any idea what we can expect from him?

He only played 7 snaps (but no one on defense played more than 22 and no starter played more than 18). I thought he was moving well, but he looked rusty (understandably).

I would expect him to play more snaps this week, whether it's to get him and Pierre on the field at the same time in pass rushing situations or to just give Pierre a breather.

Very valid point. But it seems like Noah Carter and Justin Hill have been playing in every game thus far. Seems like I saw Hill playing inside linebacker.

Do we know what happened to Riley?

Could've sworn he played against E IL unless I was mistaken with the mass rotation at RB late.
