What are the odds that some of the top talent in this recruiting class make it to campus? At some point some NIL money has to be thrown towards these recruits.

Nobody at Bama is spending NIL money on baseball. I hate it but it just isn't happening.

Absolutely can’t give up free base runners when up 5 runs. Make them hit their way on. Should be 6-3, but we’re only up 2 now after the 3 run HR (6-4).

Free baserunners are frustrating, but at the same time, one has to be very careful with good teams. Pitches have to be quality. And making quality pitches adds another degree of difficulty. In truth, a baserunner due to a walk is no more dangerous than one from a hit.
