It was filed in September 2022 and he left in May 2020. That's about 2.5 years. 1)Sometimes it takes a minute for people to decide to take action, especially in novel cases like suing a baseball coach for not treating a player's injury properly. 2) He may have been waiting to see just how much damage had actually been done to his playing career. 3) It takes a while for attorneys to do research and write a complaint. 4) Some other firms may have passed on his case.
Nonetheless, one does have to wonder why our best pitchers are routinely injured and why our bullpen depth is atrocious year-in-and-year-out..

But did he play at Pensacola?

He was at Jax St last year. So he’s been pitching at two other places since. I can’t seem to find him this year.

Is this true? Former Pitcher Sues Coach and Trainer
Wow…if that’s true, Brad has to be fired, with cause, immediately.
Seems really odd to tell a pitcher not to go to a physician to get checked out, especially after the therapist said multiple times it wasn’t mental. Something doesn’t seem right…this seems too cut and dry.

Down 4-0 in the 7th.
What a shocker.
What a shocker.

Bo needs to go but firing him for cause because a former player is suing him. What about let justice have its course that you dont seem to believe in.

Really?? Literally 3 of the first 4 words I wrote were “if that’s true.” Maybe read more carefully before accusing people of things.

It’s hard to say “Fire Jason Jackson” as we’re getting goose egged.
Fire everybody.
Fire everybody.

So let’s get a list of coaches together.
I’m still on the Cliff Godwin train.

We win/win this weekend. Either we win the series from Auburn, or there is no doubt left that Bo is just not the man to lead our program.

You absolutely have to have series wins now. And you lay this shite down.

We clawed back to 8-4 and had the bases loaded in the 9th.

I think Byrne should pull the trigger after this weekend. Maybe a midseason change could give us a spark. Either way, I think Bo's fate is sealed barring a major turnaround. I appreciate him getting the program out of the gutter that Goff drove us through, but the program has been stagnant for 3-4 years now. It's clear Bohannon is not the guy who will ever get us to the next level. I love Alabama baseball and I hope we finally get it right this offseason.

Its not going to happen given the competition and the resources available.
At this point reasonable expectations should be set.

Here we go again with the resource excuse. Auburn played in the CWS last year with the same scholarship limits and resources. In fact, they’ve played in two of the last three CWS. Super regional appearances 3 of the last 4.

Reasonable expectations were 13 or 14 wins in conference, a win or two in Hoover, and a run in a regional.
That’s it.
That was our expectations.
In year 6.
With more depth and experience than we’ve had since Bo has been here.
