Yeah, not going to lie that one really stings. He was great for us especially in our non-conference games at the beginning of the seasons but kind of fell off a little once SEC play started. I don't blame him for going to TN though. Maybe he can develop better there, sad for me to say.

Grayson Hitt Named Preseason Third Team All-American by Baseball America

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama left-handed pitcher Grayson Hitt was named a preseason third team All-American by Baseball America, the outlet announced on Monday morning.
Baseball America annually polls major league teams to vote for its Preseason All-America squad, asking that they make their selections based on performance, talent and pro potential. Ten of the first 11 college players drafted in 2022 were voted as BA Preseason All-Americans. In all, 27 of the 36 Preseason All-Americans who were draft eligible went on to be selected in the top 101 picks of the 2022 Draft.

Not sure about expectations from Byrne but my expectations are regional or fire. He's had plenty of time to turn it around. While I believe his recruiting has been good, the in-game coaching needs to be better.
