Huge huge win
Had to win 8 or 9 of 12 against Aggie, Auburn, UK and Mizzou and we went 9-3.

We have a clear path to 15 wins
Vandy — Leiter has not been his usual self for 2-3 weeks. He got rocked by Florida. Vandy’s pen is not anything brag about either.
LSU - one of the worst LSU teams in 30 years. Mainieri coaching for his life.
MSU - aTm gave them everything they could handle for two games. Needed a 9th inning comeback and extra innings to beat aTm Friday. Won 3-2 and 10-5 in the DH yesterday.

Wright State, who we swept back in February, is now 22-10 overall and 21-3 in the Horizon League with a RPI of 17.
They lost their first 5 games of the year to Vandy (2x) and Alabama (3x) - 3 of those 5 games were 1 run losses (1-0 to Vandy, 8-7 to Bama, 1-0 to Bama). Since then they are 22-5.

Random musings from Sunday:
Brock Guffey went to the bullpen yesterday so he may be close to returning.
An event staffer said that Bama had put in a bid to be a regional host for baseball. This year host sites are to be announced the week of May 10th (well ahead of tournament seeding). Not getting my hopes up but it’s exciting to think about.
Thoughts are Miss State will gobble up the ‘expanded capacity’ and stub hub tix and outnumber the Bama faithful for the last home series. Most students will be long gone by the time this series comes around so no telling what right field will look like.

Especially if they have a shot at winning the SEC Title (which it looks like they will).
That would really suck for the guys.
