Defenders wanted more protection on their end, with what was in place it was bound to pass.
I agree with a change considering what is in place, but it's definitely a shitty rule that's gonna be enforced horribly. Lowering your shoulder is probably gonna get a lot of calls.

Football is never going to be the same if they keep adding rules. Its getting ridiculous. I broke my remote control when they gave Haha a penalty for hitting a guy high that was falling down during the AnM game.
