Damn it's been quiet today. You'd think with a lot of our targets taking official visits this weekend that word would be getting out by now on how they went.

SDH says he is 100% solid to Bama. Where have I heard that before? 
He did say he thinks CJ flips and that they talked about how Tuscaloosa was closer than Oxford.

Supposedly SDH signed a financial aid agreement. Under the new early enrollee rules, is this like signing a letter of intent?

No, he can still be recruited by other schools, but we can contact him whenever and we have to give him a scholarship if he wants it.

Yeah. The main advantage of this is that it's kind of like the fad (perhaps long-term fad, we'll see) of offering four year scholarships straight-up. It heavily favors the student-athlete because it binds the school without binding the athlete, but it's a nice tool to show that the school is committed to the recruit. Makes them feel special.

-Miami commit Chad Thomas will take an OV to Bama in January. He says Nick Saban is "recruiting him personally," whatever that means.
-Look for our next two commitments to be Hootie and CJ Hampton.
-Apparently Abu Lamin is still a take for us even though he is committed to USCe.
-Three different contacts had three different opinions on Raekwon. One said Ohio State. One said Clemson, but he wasn't sure who was in second. The third said that Alabama has surged to be even with Clemson. So basically, who the frick knows.
-Look for our next two commitments to be Hootie and CJ Hampton.
