I read those 50 Shades books. Seattle sounds fun.

2010 gets a bad rap, but that class will have a huge imprint on this season one way or another...
CJ/Hubbard/Fulton/Arie K/Vogler/Nudie/D White/Perry/Ivory/Shepherd/Jarrick/Cade Foster
Don't forget that Arie K in the 2010 class is why we also got CyKo the next year.

How does the state of Washignton get by without income tax?

property tax is crazy, and sales tax is pretty high

Not that this class is bad by any means but like Sand said it reminds me a lot of 2010. Other than Milliner and CJ that class has been a whole lot of nothing even Hubbard hasn't lived up to his potential yet.
There are 7 potential starters this yr from the 2010 class...how can you say this? Every class cannot be 2008....that was a once in a century type haul

Tennessee is the same way.
Not sure we are "getting by"
Eta: I really don't get involved in politics (try to stay out of it) and can see most issues from both sides. For what it is worth, we (TN) were a couple of votes away from getting an income tax about 8 years ago but it doesn't look like that vote will come back up for many many years.

I live in pdx. We should watch a game together.
Oh, and I agree with you. This board is overly critical sometimes.

Lack of a state income tax has landed Miami the last two NBA championships.

NS works in Alabama where we do have a state income tax and he has helped us win the last two Natties..so your point is?

That LeBron took less money from the Heat than he would have gotten elsewhere because Florida doesn't have an income tax.

Not having a state income tax would be a big deal to me if i was an NBA free agent.
Doesn't seem to be helping my Titans though.

Im sure that was part of it, but he took less money so they could sign him and Bosh. It had more to do with salary cap than taxes.

Yeah but he knew the score of moving to that city & the publication & exposure he could get, which boosted his marketability
That and Pat worked with him, Cavs GM (name escapes me) had his own ideas on how he thought he could build a franchise & wouldn't listen to anyone else
As douchey as Miami's franchise is (& I HATE them with a passion, I'm an Orlando Magic fan) the biggest underrated peg is Pat Riley, he was a player and coach so he understands how to run a winning franchise & in Miami it has shown

The financial aspect of it was the main reason they all decided on Miami though. Otherwise it would probably have been New York.

New York didnt have the ability to sign all three of them
