Rambling Wreck finally beat Duke.
Probably puts a fork in Duke's pathetic season.

We have great defensive team and on offense it seems like a couple of players aren't necessarily ready to shoot (Primo) but they shoot anyway so I think they need too FOCUS on the offensive end and they will be fine!

So right now, Bama will play winner of Kentucky/Miss St.

It’s tough to beat a team 3 times. We should be able to do it tho

I think I would rather play Kentucky again than Miss. State. Molinar and Stewart have the ability to go off offensively. Nobody on Kentucky scares me shooting.

Tomorrow is the one year anniversary of us losing to Vanderbilt at home.

Went back and reread a few pages of the thread from that day, some good stuff.

Alabama basketball thread 3/3/2020

How things can change in a year. From losing to Vanderbilt at home to being SEC champions and a probable 2 seed.

I think it’s a law that Kentucky has to be on our side of the SECT bracket.

Miss St is a better team than Kentucky by a good bit imo.

A good gauge in determining if it was a successful season is when @GarrettCWalker has to add "order basketball nets" to his to-do list.

Didn't expect to see us jump Ohio state, I assume if they beat Illinois on Saturday that both of them will be ahead of us. I hope Iowa beating Wisconsin Saturday won't be enough for them to jump us if they do.

Good. I'd rather play Miss St or Kentucky in our first game than Ole Miss.

Same old shite every year: B1G is God’s gift to college basketball and all 14 teams deserve to be in The Dance. So they get 8-9 teams invited and after the first weekend, 3 are left standing and at least one of the 3 had a close call against a double digit seeded mid major.

I’ve been as hard on Shack as anyone this year but am I crazy for thinking Shack should be getting more consideration for SEC POTY?

I'm not going to call you crazy, but he definitely shouldn't be SEC POTY imho.

Missouri beat Illinois, I know they beat us too, but the big 10 isn't some invincible conference.

I am ok with Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio State being above us in the bracket but if Iowa jumps us too that's taking it too far. They probably will jump us too whether it be Saturday after beating Wisconsin or after they beat an average/overranked team like Maryland or Rutgers in the big10 tourney.
