Alabama’s SID said we haven’t started 3-0 in conference play since 1987. That’s so bad

Personally, I really enjoyed our players getting called for fouls on 3 point shooters when the breeze off our guys going by knocked the UT players down.

Also I can’t get over Pons fricking running over Rojas yesterday, lowering his shoulder and everything, and they called Rojas for a block. That may be the most bullshite call ever

Pons was not going to be denied a first down on that play.

A better question is how is Colgate #16 when they are 1-1 after playing #107 Army twice.

The RPI/NET/etc have no clue how to handle all the disparity in games played.

It's like half the country is in first week of the season mode (in which RPI/NET/etc are useless) and half of it is in early January mode.

Boston University and Holy Cross will both be playing with masks today.

BU has mandated that all its opponents this season wear masks.

Slight correction to this:

Boston University will wear masks today, but Holy Cross will not since it’s at Holy Cross.

BU mandates their opponents wear them when playing at BU (their campus rule).

One team wearing masks and the other isn't.

I'm completely avoiding the absurdity of one team with masks, the other without and all the other trappings and offshoots that this could go in to ask one very simple and direct question.......

How on planet fvck do you play a full speed, 40 minute basketball game in a mask without greatly effecting your stamina and ability to play long stretches?

We've all worn masks at this point for long periods of time. We've all (I assume) played competitive basketball. Those 2 things DO NOT mix from a breathing, energy and long stretch intensity aspect. I honestly would love to see if they have to change the way they play because of it. I have to imagine they do - or at the very least their substitution patterns.

It's absolute medical negligence to make players wear masks to play. The lawsuits coming from this will destroy their program.
