Well,he knows. But is he gonna do something about it?

After sleeping it off and sobering up I'm still mad. Like honestly, if your system totally falls apart as soon as it runs into a big team that plays good defense then maybe your system needs a lot of work. I'm just so unbelievably sick of this shite.

Bingo...that was a goodie

Same ole shite every year. They talk a great game but the play never matches the mouth.

Yep. It’s just baffling that they don’t know how to pass the ball. Oats is a great talker and says things that we want to hear, but so far it’s been nothing but talk.

My optimism comes down to the Houston game. If we can win that and go into Conference play 6-2 I will have hope...if Not it’s gonna be a long fricking year

We need to beat Houston. And we need to hope Providence is good.

I know folks are upset but sometimes long-term patience is the key to building a great program. Just look at Clemson, their hc has been their for a decade it seems and finally started to make noise last season and they're def. a top 15 team. If you can dominate Purdue and beat up Maryland, you're a top team.

So 7 more seasons and we'll turn the corner

If I was an AD I would give a coach 5 years to produce.

Nate has 5 years and he is on year 2. Hope he produces

I don't want to fire the guy or anything but I am holding him to the things he himself said all off-season.

I think he is a really good coach. But I agree he needs to quit running his fricking mouth in the offseason about how good we are gonna be.

I could be off but I feel like the long break between games hurt the team on offense. We saw visible improvement each night during the tourney so perhaps once the schedule picks up a bit our shooting will get more consistent

Expectatins were tooo hig. We have no inside game and that will kill us in the conference. The positive there is the conf looks pretty weak at this point.

You know the old saying, live by the three die by the three.
You have to gave an inide game as well. I don't see anyone on our roster that can provide it consistently.

Oats deseves the five year wundow but His talent evaluation does not look great yet. Thinking that Hawkins, Rojas and Bruner were SEC calber players makes me wonder. Ellis has not shown me anything yet either but there is still plenty of time.

He’s better than what we had last year but he’s not playing how we thought he would yet. Looks like his knee is still really limiting him.

One of these is not like the other. Bruner is a very solid big and was viewed by everyone as a top grad transfer.

Bruner may be but so far he looks weak inside. Hope he proves me wrong.

He may not be what we expected scoring-wise, but he’s well outperformed my defensive expectations and I’d argue that he might be the best passing 5 we’ve ever had. He locates open shooters all of the time, but they just haven’t been knocking them down.

I’d still argue him as the most important player to stay healthy, given the shite that is our backups.

True he is the best we have. I'm no where near as impressed with him as you but I hope to be proven wrong.

Still think the SEC bigs will just push him out of te way.

That's how I feel as well.

Highest WAR on the team.
