Richard Pitino got canned today by Minnesota.

I was Captain of the "No to Prohm" squad. I called him Mark Gotfired Part Deux (or something close it). I wanted Forbes, Hoiberg, or Patrick Belein. The last one had some personal issues that nobody saw coming, but will be interested to see if he ever returns to coaching.

I mean it could happen. Texas is good.

A lot of people have us losing to them because of their interior size.
Let's hope they don't make it lol

Yeah, teams with size have been a challenge for us all season. Picking Texas over us isn’t an unreasonable take. I won’t be upset if Texas loses early.

It is nice, but I would like a hint of basketball. Most people will still think we are a football school with the shirt.

Nate Oats — Oats is one of the hottest names on the market this year thanks to the revolution he’s created at Alabama. The Crimson Tide earned both the SEC regular season and tournament championships and head into the NCAA Tournament with a No. 2 seed thanks to a wide-open style heavy on 3-pointers. He was 59-13 in his last two seasons at Buffalo, earning a first-round NCAA Tournament win both seasons. He’s 40-21 so far at Alabama, including 24-6 this year. Some early reporting indicates that Oats is not interested in the Indiana job.

While we're on the topic of shirts, is anyone else not a fan of our script-A logo with the block text around it (like in that graphic)?
I much prefer just the red script-A by itself for some reason.

Rothstein with a good point

I read this article and came away saying to myself, "man, that is some terrible writing. Has this guy ever heard of proof reading and punctuation?" Some of his sentences were near indecipherable.

I thought before the brackets were announced that Texas and Illinois were the 2 worst matchups for us among the top 20 teams. It'll be our toughest game all season if we meet them in the Sweet 16, but that's March Madness.
