I really haven’t given this a seconds worth of thought until like 5 minutes ago, but if Livers is out then I think Michigan is the most vulnerable 1 seed.

Illinois is a pretty complete team. Obviously Gonzaga is loaded.

We have some real horses and bulldogs on this team.
Herb,Petty,Quinerly,Shack, even Reese. Then some mules,Gary,Ellis and Bruner, when healthy.
That's why we win. Hopefully this perfect storm continues in the Big Dance to the Final Four.

Shack is our most consistent offensive player.

Shack was cutch today, aside from that last 3 he took he was locked in. I think his offensive output is very underrated.

I'll give him credit for playing his arse off today, but I still have zero respect for him, or anyone else associated with LSU basketball.

Watford impressed the hell out of me today more with his competitive fire than his great play.

He decided he wasn't going to go out against Alabama with some poor efforts and he was locked the fvck in.

I knew early, when Cam Thomas was hot, that he wasn't going to continue hurting 25' jumpers all game. This game was personal for Watford. Especially with the constant booing. And he responded in a way that I didn't think he was capable of doing. He went 13-23 for 30 points, 8 rebounds (5 were offensive rebounds), and only 1 TO. Should've had someone else catch the inbound, who guy it to Watford somewhere mid-range. Guy was insane today, and definitely will be getting a few more workout invites after today.

Anyone got that tweet from the barner jackass after Petty and Oats’ practice argument

“Something is brewing in Tuscaloosa” or something like that

All of that and then having guys like Ellis, Gary, Primo (hopefully) come in and give some good minutes or provide a spark is huge.

I felt like Reese played really well today as well - I think he just needs to not shoot the top of the arc 3 early in the shot clock. He can get that shot any time pretty much, and I don't like it when we don't get the ball moving before he shoots that one.

I have a question. On the final inbound play LSU gets desperate and throws in deep, near half court. Trendon runs it down and catches it just short of half court but his foot slides and clearly crosses the line. The ball stays in the front court but no question his foot crossed into the back court. Shouldn’t that have been a turnover?

It was Josh Moon. He called things in Tuscaloosa a mess. I don’t have the Tweet though.

No. Ball has to cross. In this case, I do believe that they could in bound into the back court if they'd wanted without penalty.

. He's best when he doesn't force his shots. When his 3 is on, he's deadly. That tends to open up room for him at the rim. 1 on 1, he can finish really great. And he's figuring out when to abandon the transition, and bring it back out. He still gets a little too excited occasionally. But had been playing much more efficiently over the last month.

Glad he went out with a bang this season. 21 points on 8-19 (5-13) with only 1 turnover.

He's very efficient around the rim. Especially for his size.

Yes, watford played great today. I'm sure lsu is hppy they bought him.

Kudos to every one mentioned on our team but let's give Ellis some love. He was a big piece today.

Halfcourt line is like another out of bounds line, so any body part across it is backcourt. In some situations on an inbound you can throw it across the halfcourt line and it’s not backcourt. Not 100% sure which situations those are though. Nobody on the broadcast or Bama sideline made a big deal about it, so I guess that was one of those situations.
