Fortunate we got Byrne as our AD.

Oats, much like Saban, is a great communicator, has the players attention when he speaks or they'll hit the bench.

I wanted Prohm, then I convinced myself I wanted Thad after it looked inevitable. But, I jumped onboard the oat boat once it was announced. I wouldn't change anything now.

The think Thad will put together a good team if he ever actually wants to coach again. Prohm has been pretty terrible after Hoiberg's players cycled out of the program.

Yea I was pretty happy with Oats - I loved everything I read about his build at Buffalo and his system. I just wasn't sure if it would work because mid-major guys are such a crapshoot.
