Any updates on roster players drafted? Staying or leaving?

yeah, though honestly, until American Football becomes an international game, there's literally zero reason to start football academies or farm systems.

Can we make this the off season thread?
Oh and Auburn is headed to the CWS (and almost went last year).
Meanwhile Alabama can’t make the SEC Tourney because of lottery.
So tired of hearing that.
You can field a damn good team year in and year out with 11.7 scholarships.
You just can’t afford to “miss” on a player and we had a bunch of players this year that had no business playing in the SEC or D1 for that matter.
Looking forward to getting the 2019 recruiting class on campus.

From Alabama Baseball’s Instagram, it appears Gavin Collyer has signed.
He is a RHP from GA. Was committed to Clemson and drafted by the Rangers in the 12th round.

I know it’s baseball and not a big deal but the kid is listed as 6’1” and 155 lbs. If someone looks at him hard, he’s gonna break. Turn him over to Cochran for a while and beef him up.

I think this one may have been mutual, I had high hopes for him.

He has talent but an underwhelming year.

Either Clemson got some guys they wanted and cooled on him, or he figured he had a quicker means to playing time with us. A little time in the weight room could make that kid redonkeylously fast.

IF and notice I said IF, Bohannon doesn’t work out, we should jump on the Michigan coach. He’s turned around Maryland and now Michigan. The guy can apparently coach.

If he can build something at Michigan and keep it rolling, why in tarnation would he want to come to the SEC West?

LSU fans are dreaming of getting him or the T Tech coach:

Louisville has a great coach. That AD Jurich may've bent the rules, but he knew how to make hires.

LSU is different.
Alabama getting the Michigan coach would be equivalent to a Chris Petersen playing for a National Championship at Washington and then taking a job at Mississippi State the next year.

Good news for the baseball team. The pitching and recruiting coordinator decided to stay with Bama after speculation that he would join new FSU HC Mike Martin Jr.

If he was Jr’s pick, and he decided to stay here, then that tells me he is confident they are going to be able to build something here.
Good to hear.

Any coach that let that dickhead pitcher run off at the mouth and piss off Vandy the other night has no business at the Capstone
