That all makes sense. Let's just sweep UGA at home and let the chips fall where they will.

4-2 doesn't seem completely impossible.
Will hosts be announced before Hoover? I wonder how a performance there could help our chances.

4-2 doesn’t seem impossible? I do love your optimism but if you’ve watched us all year we will be at the mark of 2-4.

I don't think winning 2 games against Florida seems impossible. We're lucky to get UGA at home, so hopefully we could pull out 2 there also?
We haven't been swept in a single series yet, so I would hope your 2-win prediction would be the floor.

1-2 in both series. Georgia plays great baseball. Florida is down I get it but it’s still Florida. The teams record doesn’t tell the whole tale. We have a good ball club. Our pen and some game management have cost us games.

I’ll take 3-3 and a win in Hoover. That would put us at 41 wins going into selection Sunday. That would certainly be a host resume but depends on what happens throughout the rest of the country.

UGA like to have lost to Mizzou this weekend . If we can get pitching like at VU, we can win that series IMO
ETA- they do swing the bats well though

Yall Florida is not down
They’re 10-2 over their last 12 conference games.

Not only that, they have the word "Florida" on their uniforms. Apparently we are allergic to that name this year in all sports. Wouldn't be shocked if we were run-ruled in all 3 games (sarcasm....sort of).

It’s definitely a “don’t get swept” series.

At this point, I think Mizzou could beat South Carolina 2 out of 3. So it's safe to say they were indeed gifted 3 auto-wins. AU beat them last night like they owed them money

You are correct in that South Carolina is not that far separated from Mizzou.
But Auburn beat them like a drum. Our first couple games against Mizzou were relatively competitive.
