I asked ChatGBT when’s the last time Alabama completed back-to-back sweeps in conference play and it told me to frick off.

Claude is a-hole too...lol

Digging further back into clean documented back-to-back sweeps is difficult from available records, but given how rare even series wins have been for Alabama in the SEC over the past decade, back-to-back sweeps likely hasn't happened since the early-to-mid 2000s when the program was at a higher level. If today's game ends in a win, this 2026 squad would be making some real history

Nice turnaround from the team. After the South Alabama game, I didn’t know if this team was capable of playing good SEC baseball … I was wrong

Maybe Vaughn has finally turned it around. I was worried this guy might be another dude HC. Seems to have really dug team into getting the team to play well. He's going against what he wants to do too, playing a lot more small ball.

pitching has come around. HItting is still iffy. One blow out vs AU and the others were close and low scoring.
We have won 7 SEC in a row.
Not sure why I said 7. Duh

Football, Men's Basketball Sweep, Gymnastics, Baseball sweep. Not a good year for the "Everything School."

Hell of an accomplishment by the guys. Sweeping Florida and Auburn is insane for our RPI.

They’re still 2nd and 4th, remarkably. We just swept 2 currently ranked top 5 teams in back to back SEC series. Unreal!!

In case you missed it, Brennan Holt made this run-saving snag on Sunday. It was hit by the thug who tried to push him off second base in the 9th inning Saturday night. Hollywood couldn’t have scripted it any better.
