The reason every group looks bad is they are so poorly coached they don’t know what the hell to do.

I’d kill for Lowry, Holcomb, Reamer, and Gentry on this defense

Nah. Defensive line has zero difference makers. Most players out there just flat out aren't good

Daniel Wright is ominously in the area most times when something goes sideways in the backfield

Does Saban still personally work with the DBs?

I don't know if you've figured this out yet, but Saban is 68 years old. How many effective 68 year old DB coaches do you know of?

We are a “Steve Sarkisian taking another job” away from being a bottom tier SEC team.

I'm not sure of that at all. Not in the least.

Yeah I'd kill for a coordinator that could actually not get out schemed every game.

I mean we're literally in the "who has the ball last" territory for who wins this game

Which, again, is why I was shocked Lane just punted on a possession

When you don't ever chuck slot WR's or TE on there release the defense is on its heels all day.
We don"t blitz so The qb is holding the LB'er on pass run option.
There times we have to shoot the run gaps with a lb"er to make that decision by the qb sooner.
