Seriously only someone with brain damage would think a team that has our talent, personality, with high draft grades doesn't have superior talent or alphas.

Only a disingenuous person would change the conversation from alphas to talent.

We definitely have talent...alpha is yet to be determined.

Anderson may be one but hard for a freshman to be an alpha.

Granted, when I hear alpha i think it refers to someone with the mental edge and the respect from others that he can get on anyone's arse and not only do the other listen to him...but they also know they had damn well better listen to him.

I also think a good coach helps develop these alphas. A coach who is only good on the chalkboard does not have the ability to build these types of skills. Being a good X & O coach is the easiest part of coaching. Maybe that is where we are with Golding. He his good on the board, but lacks the ability to transfer his knowledge to the players...hence they play slow.

Line up and do it again. Do not stop smashing their defense.

I guess it’s too much to ask for the defense to get another stop here.

I feel like we should all betray ourselves and accept we are Baylor now. High powered offense with a dog shite defense.

It should help us all mentally when teams like Ole Miss, Miss State, Arky and others drive it down our throats consistently because we expect it.
