This is all on Saban. Your offense has been steadily declining for two years and your QB room is shaky at best yet you elect to bring a mediocre coordinator from Notre Dame in to repair it?

He has absolutely no pocket presence at all. Whenever he bails out it's always after it's too late to avoid the pressure. He reacts to pressure instead of anticipating it.
