A lot of people felt he was for several months. He was going to run a lot of simple stuff that would get yards and scheme things for our offense.
Now, people don't seem to feel so much that he is. I imagine that he is better than what is going on right now. We have real quarterback problems right now, and that's not necessarily his fault.
