Hes green, but talented.. Remember Barker in 92 was never too good but he protected the ball. The problem is two fold here, coaching and defense.
The long 53 yd FG, and going for it on 4th and 5. Stallings would have punted them inside the 10 both times.
The defense is letting FSU run the ball right through them, that is the real problem. A green QB can get better, but his coaches have to help him out by punting them deep, and the D has to stop the run. Barker of 92 was a good ball hog/protector, Barker of 94 was very, very good. Give him some time.

Defense is fine, not the problem. It was the main problem. Vandy and no wr OU pushed our shite in, but we adjusted in the 2nd half my arse
