Not sure if you’re referring to actual direct staff positions for the plant, but as far as the contractors during the construction phase, most of these mega jobs are at least over 50% Hispanic. I’d guess closer to 65-70% though. Lots of labor from the Houston, and south Texas area. TWIC is also not always required during construction. Lot of people onsite without it

Truly an interesting culture that they promote and let thrive. I try to somehow place myself in their shoes and understand how I would be ok with being a part of a community that seems unbothered by gangs drugs and murder.

I don’t necessarily believe it, but my math came out a little differently. More like 11.5 hr days for 365.. or 13.5 hr days 6 days a week. Which at least in the industry I’m in is not unheard of.

Yeah I thought coach O had a good thing going with the whole “block out the noise.” Felt Jacoby and those guys really messed that up prior to that season.

Landon DIckerson losing his cool in Bryant Denny against LSU 2019 comes to mind. Always came off as a weak minded player. Think I recall some dirty Bama players with a premature melt against UGA in the 2018 championship as well.

Think I’d read she was on the phone with her dad the afternoon before when some black guy came up to her townhome and said something. She had mentioned it had freaked her out. Wonder if she just opened the door for him the next day or exactly how that went down. I assume it was DTL the day before
