The coaching and time management is getting to Kirby smart levels tbh. The lack of timeouts in the 1st half. The td before our last where we were in absolutely no hurry to score a td. Took like 6 minutes

Well, Tenn is down right now. So, Pruitt maybe back on the market.

First possession of the game 3rd and goal I think you run the ball to the center of the field and take the points, and end the possession with a kick. That would have settled the team down, and set the tone. You do not risk the turnover even though it didn't come via interception the play was dead from the second it was called.

Bama should just shut down the program since we can't win every game.
That seems silly

We've definitely lost our identity as a team. Tonight LSU was a team who knew who they were, we seemed to still being trying to figure that out. We should know by now... the process quells emotion, and that emotion is where identity is found. Too rigid IMO, it's all about the NFL.

I don't know what tone you're setting with that. A sort of timid and cautious tone? That you think 3 points in the red zone is good enough to win this game? That you don't really trust your QB?
If you think running the ball is your best chance of scoring a TD, great, go for it. If not, you run the play that gives you the best chance of scoring a TD and you trust your QB to not throw the ball up for grabs if it's not on.
That LSU offense is too good to play cautious football against. You've got to score TD's against them when you get in the red zone.

It was clear early on that LSU was a confident team with an identity. They knew who they were and were confident in what they did. Even during the comeback, we seemed flustered and discombobulated.
But the staff turnover and juniors leaving have caught up with us for sure. It also sucks when marginal players are going pro instead of returning for one more year. You can recruit at a high level but eventually your going to get dealt a bad hand here & there.
