I believe his brother is an Ohio St. commit. Would be surprised if he didn't end up there.

Dameion George having an agent at all, much less two of them, speaking on his behalf is more than enough evidence that we have jumped the shark.

Young runs hard but he lacks top end speed.

Haynes hasn’t looked explosive since the Rose Bowl though so unless he’s just been hurt it’s not a huge loss.

I like that Young is a one cut and get up field runner. Miller and Haynes both were a bit dodgy at knowing when to extend runs to the outside or cut inside on our pulling guard schemes. Haynes was the worst and his production showed it. Miller at least filled the role of being an option dive back in the Iron Bowl.

I think they were both continually screwed in the read option run game because they’d get the ball when they shouldn’t and not get it with massive real estate in front of them so I don’t really hold their averages against them.

Haynes is a disappointment (to me) Too much indecision and east - west running

I saw where Virginia Tech CB Mansoor Delaney is supposed to visit Tuscaloosa. Had 4 INTs, 2 forced fumbles and 54 tackles in 2024. Would be a solid pickup if he signs with Bama.

Only makes sense if Jackson is leaving for the NFL.

Tech is a train wreck. He’d be smart to get out

Why in the world would George leave Florida? He is starting for an SEC team that looks to have finally found a QB. Did Florida process him or maybe he has handlers that are too involved.

Young was injured this year. He suffered a high ankle sprain at Wisconsin. Hard to have top end speed with that type of injury.

This annoyed me the most in the Georgia game. 3rd or 4th and 2 or less and they danced around instead of lowering their shoulder and powering ahead.

But Miller wasn't guilty of this as often and was the best overall back on the team, and obviously so. Would be huge to have him return next year with a real QB not leeching carries away.

Probably a fair observation that the big run plays for UDub were mostly the outside runs with pin-and-pull or cross block schemes going on while inside zone was mostly for punishing teams who start flowing side to side too much.

Milroe chews up a lot of the big runs because he's the best speed-to-corner option in our backfield and the tailbacks just aren't getting those looks. When occasionally they do, the opposing defense was already on red alert for Milroe out there so they usually have the bodies to bottle it up. In the Iron Bowl, almost all the negative runs by the tailbacks were something that was trying to get to the corner.
