It may have been better for the Braves to get behind instead of ahead early....maybe thought it was gonna be easy??

I would throw my fastball right under his elbow. He may beat me, but he would hurt to do it.

this is going 7 and I am not going to be able to take it.

Odds of Scherzer owning in game 6 basically seem like a lock.

Morton going in game 7 will be our only hope

Yep had to take one in LA. Now a potential 2 at home with Ian and Game7 Charlie.

Braves have success against Scherzer.

LA will win the next 2.
Braves just don’t have the arms.

Accepting makes it much easier.

Why the hell would anyone pay attention or care about this team if every time from not to eternity the minute victory isn't entirely guaranteed they throw in the towel and start stabbing themselves in the balls with self loathing?

We might win, we might lose, but anybody who says they thought back 7 days ago we'd be in better shape than up 3-2 going home for 2 games is lying.

I won't say I feel "good", because that'd be a lie, but I certainly don't feel like we're just "gonna blow it".

I'm just not engaging in that nonsense. The self loathing "here we go again" self flagellation stuff sucks. I've been kicked in the balls 750 times like everyone else, but at some point that's gonna end and a bunch of people are gonna look up and realize they basically missed it because they spent every moment leading up to the breathrough brow beating themselves into oblivion.

The Cubs hadn't won for 80 years until they did.

The Red Sox hadn't won for 80 years until they did.

The Nationals were the poster child for playoff disasters until they weren't.

I've got the demons lurking in my head too, I've just decided I'm not letting that shite in.

I will say this year going into game 6/7 is a lot different with the offense seemingly playing well in big moments.

Not sure anyone can trust Ian Anderson at this point in his career, because he is so young. But he did step up huge last year, so he has been on this stage before.

However, Morton is a big game pitcher and I feel confident he can get it done.

Bullpen on the other hand seems like it has been held together by duct tape for a while now and we are just hoping it holds until the end.

Also you can blame me, already booked hotels in Atlanta for the WS games... Dammit if we make it I am going to be there

3-2 going back to ATL for two at home? Could be worse.

I can't wait for tomorrow, huge opportunity. Just a few tix left for each day.

There's not much in this world that can make me forget about college football on a Saturday.

God I hope so.

Headed to the game tonight. My first game since the "infield fly" debacle".
