If foster pushes back, just take Eldridge. Small setback for McNeil but I expect him to sign with us eventually.

I don't know shite, but McNeil's attitude bothers me a bit. Not sure this would be a big loss.

Kid has swag. Losing him is huge since we don't have a true TE in this class. Him and oj are perfect compliments to each other.

Heck yeah... talk about madness. We get an Elite 11 QB with a great pedigree as a preferred walk-on but at the same time lose 2 fairly high profile commits. Parker was at the SEC Championship for Pete's sake. Not complaining about the decision, but the fact that it had to even be made... Lots of us saw this a mile away.

The way this seems to happen when top talent comes calling at the last minute makes me think the staff intentionally "nudges" it into happening.

Apparently Fisher has offered Pruitt the FSU DC job. Really would hate to see that, Pruitt and Craig tagteaming Mobile would be deadly.

On McNeil props to TideWarrior who knows his stuff in NC (where he lives) says that if McNeil would've stayed put he likely would've qualified, but since he transferred to a prep school now his transcripts are a mess
I'm also told we are VERY MUCH back in it for Tim Williams and Nkemdiche, RN's mother has wanted him at Bama this whole time and been nudging him to pick back up where he left off and reconnect with Kirby, he finally did last week and it did wonders for our chances of getting him, Tim has basically been swept aside by LSU (seems very similar to the Eddie Lacy situation, and he had a bleak grade situation as well, but in the end at the last minute made it in) also there are some people of note in his camp who would rather see him in a more structured and disciplined program like Bama's
Both of these situations are a wait and see and I expect to see a full court press on both guys right after the 7th, but we could end up getting a BIG TIME pass rush upgrade if staff could somehow land these 2, don't be fooled either by TW's low ranking he is an elite rusher the grade situation has kept him from making any moves in anybody's rankings
