Just saw that. I haven't been keeping up with recruiting much lately so could someone fill me in on Austin Roberts, 2013 DT out of GA? According to BOL we're still recruiting him even though he has no chance to qualify.

Interesting. I would assume we are on the outside looking in, but you can't make up ground without getting them on campus, so hopefully he has a good time.

Doesn't Auburn lead for him?I would love it if Bama could get him,but I do not think we will.

I'm not going to go back and find it, but Robert Foster tweeted last night that he got ejected from his game and won't be able to play in his team's playoff game next week. He did seem contrite though.

Who are the top 5 guys you want to close with in this class. I'd say for me:
1) Laremy Tunsil
2) Jalen Ramsey
3) Vonn Bell (thought I heard somewhere we want him at CB)
4) Holland Fischer
5) Robert Foster

Anybody heard how the recruits visits went this weekend?

He did. Tweeted something about being so tired he just wanted to stay in his hotel room until the game started

The thread is named "***Dee Liner nuggets...", so...

Although, honestly, I think it would've helped our chances of flipping him more if he had gone to the Auburn game instead

Hmmm. Either CNS is standing on something or Foster is shorter than his listed 6'3. I had a pic taken with CNS during the summer and he comes up to the exact same point on me and I'm 6'.

Probably.

Last night probably hurt them badly with any kids who had taken an OV. Seeing a team lose like that in front of ~20k people (most of whom were Aggy fans) isn't something any sane person wants to be a part of.

If Liner is still talking to our coaches and visiting Tuscaloosa, but hasn't flipped yet I think he might be waiting to see what happens with Chizik. He's obviously interested if he is visiting for games, but something is keeping him attached to Auburn. I know he grew up an Auburn fan, but at some point you have to look at things long term.
