I've tried those bars before.
They are easier than a regular bar.
I'm not saying that that weight is not impressive for a guy his age, but that is easier than a traditional bar.

1/2 squat don't count

That is absolutely a full 90 degree squat, and 95% saying it isn't deep enough on Twitter and here likely go higher than that. The only thing that doesn't count is he is pulling up with his hands on bars. Obviously can't use arms in squat, but the deepness is plenty good enough.

There's always some loser on squat videos that says "not deep enough", yet could prob max out at 255 at the butt depth Harbaugh is doing here, just not using arms.

Dude is in his 50's squatting 400lbs of free weights. Guys in this profession are either fat or jacked. Im highly impressed that he still cares enough to keep working on self improvement.

Could get a little lower but that’s impressive for 62

Impressive at his age, but that’s not legit squats. More of a leg press which is a huge difference.

It's a gay bar

It's a safety bar (looks to be modified). Good bar for athletes as it forces better positioning and really helps with load distribution.

That said, 405 under a safety bar is a completely different animal than 405 under a straight BB.
