One thing that separates other college football greats is that they were dominate over multiple years. Joe burrow was the best player for one year, tebow dominated for multiple years.

Tebow had the best or one of the best 4 year college careers in history but JB had the greatest single season in CFB history.

Tebow had a tremendous will to win, almost as great as Joe Burrow's. Tebow was a better runner in traffic. JB is a phenom in reading coverage and going through his progressions. He is also way more accurate than Tebow. 24 NFL teams passed on Tebow on draft night.

Almost? Look I love me some Joe as much as the next guy but I don’t know if there is another level of “will you win” than what Tebow played at. Both seasons by Joe and Tebow were historic and fun to watch.

Tua got injured and no one else was really in the running. Not diminishing Burrow but literally his only other competition went down with season ending injury.

Tebow wasn't even that good. terrible accuracy. He excelled at short yardage and motivating his teammates. that's it. everyone around him did the rest. Burrow was as good of a runner. Cam easily over Tebow but probably Joe overall.

Tim's one of the best guys to ever play the game. He may be the GOAT for a career. BUT Jeaux had the best season a player ever had. And it's not close. And it won't ever be topped.
