If it’s based on championships, Ohio State should be in Tier 2 and LSU in Tier 1.

Just based on sports, specifically football... not a bad ranking.. I'd have left off OSU though. WTH have they done in the past 15 years? What 1 championship? LSU deserves to be over OSU for that alone.
