I think he’s still fricked. They can get the same conviction without the racial stuff coming out.
I read the entire thing. In summary the prosecution solicited testimony from a a witness that stated Ward used the n-word multiple times while attacking the deceased and afterward. This use of a racial epitaph made it impossible for Ward to get a fair trial of his peers warranting a mistrial.
I don't necessarily agree... but I have a bigger question.
If at the new trial the convict him of 2nd degree murder instead of manslaughter could he get more years than currently required to serve?

1982 is so different from 1988. Same with comparing 1990 to 1998. It’s too big of a spectrum. IMO 1985 to 1995 was peak greatness, but it might depend on where you were in life.
Fair enough... I'll give you that

90's... this is not close.
Grunge
gangster rap
best years for low cut shorts
booming economy
internet
80's had some good music thats it, but even that wasnt better than 90's. and While Ronald Reagan was our best president, not everyone loved him during the 80s'. His policies helped boom the 90's though.

Something about Richard Gere and a hamster in his arse.
The rumor's spread was aided by an anonymous prankster who, not long after the film Pretty Woman led to a tremendous increase in Gere's popularity, flooded fax machines in Hollywood with a phony "press release" purportedly issued by the Association for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, claiming that Gere had "abused" a gerbil. But, as a reporter from the National Enquirer found when he attempted to track down the gerbil story, there were no facts to be had.
Fun fact - The rumor also created the term "gerbilectomy"

I had said from the beginning that something was off with the whole story. It was too extreme.

This epitomizes the happy the be in the NFL Saints fan. No expectations for performance
This isnt exactly the way I feel about the Saints. I expect them to get better and develop each year. Last year was a shite show, because DA wasnt the right guy... But whos to say there was a right guy.
Last year we had a good plan, but no way to deal with injuries. Once Mcoy went out in the third game everything fell apart. We didnt have a plan or any creativity to pivot how we play. It was terrible.
Now we are revamping the entire team. Its the effing NFL. Its hard to win and be successful. I am not going to shite on them now when we don't know anything about how they will perform. What we do know is that they are making moves and spending.
Want the Saints to be an actual shite team... don't support them.

Okay.
Gayle is a catholic and there are a great many that are good people. She was helping a friend and her faith. It was stupid of her, but she did it. She didnt do anything illegal and didnt request anyone lie or hid anything for the church.
Again... it was stupid, but it is very different from your inflammatory statement

Why are you on a Saints fan page spewing BS like this?
If you were actually a Saints fan you'd wouldn't be shitting through your mouth with half truths that defame the Saints.
Do you like the attention you get? Any idiot can tear something down... it takes skill to build.

You don’t see anything wrong with charging people a ridiculous fee to print tickets ? All because they gave you a one dollar cost cup and flag from China?
I think its a hassle to print tickets. You have to have people getting the tickets printed and then mailing all of them. Sure, its probably not 200 dollars. Maybe they are charging that much because they dont want to do it.
I dont connect the gifts to the added cost for printed tickets. They are 2 different things. The gifts arent required. If you want something different, then you have to decide if you want to pay the 200 dollars or not.
Find something else to complain about. This is a non issue.

I would be confused if anyone wanted a printed ticket in lieu of the e-tickets with the SG app. Its so easy to use, sell, transfer.
I've been a STH for 13 years and will never give up my seats. Since they stopped printed tickets, they started sending out better gifts to STH'rs.
Last year we got a nice cup. year before we got big flags. There have been other things. They dont have to send anything. I think its nice.
I really dont get the hate on her for the saints. There are so many teams that would give their left nut to have the past 20 years as Saints fans. Yes we arent very good. But they are trying each year to put forth a good team.

It says she was a special ed teacher, not she boinked a special ed kid.
She could have been tutoring any kid.
Either way, damn. how much of an attention whore do you need to be do this. Cucking her husband with another grown man would be more respectful to him.
Its got to be that she watches so much stepmom, milf, teacher p@rn that this is a kink for her.

re: Carr is staying with the Saints after the quarterback restructures his contract
Posted by TheEnglishman on 3/10/25 at 9:23 am
Quick question.
I get the hate for Carr. He is a mid tier QB that is a low tier QB when he doesn't have support of a good running game and OL.
BUT.
what BETTER QB's are out there that are less than 30mill per year?
Seems like he is a crappy choice, but cheaper than the other crappy choices.
Are we keeping him bc better qb's just cost more and we are taking our "medicine" due to kicking the can down the road for so many years?
