The national anthem has only been the national anthem since 1931. People born in 1931 would be 88 yrs old this year. The 1st Amendment of the US Constitution, which makes the freedom of speech - or the freedom to protest the national anthem - an unalienable right for US citizens, was adopted in 1791 as part of the Bill of Rights. People born in 1791 would be 228 yrs old this year. So go frick yourself....
