I’d argue that LSU was THE brand in college athletics until the shite show that has been unfolding the past month or so. Now we are the laughing stock all because of “leadership more interested in politics than pride”. Somehow the author of this article doesn’t see Landry’s actions as nothing more than political grandstanding. None of this is a course correction for LSU to better represent the priorities and values of the state of Louisiana. Unless that correction is to the bottom where LA ranks in almost every quality of life category.
