Report: LSU's Wade Rousse Joined The SEC Presidents Call Thursday, But Only Briefly

ESPN's Pete Thamel reported that LSU president Wade Rousse joined the SEC presidents and chancellors call today, but only briefly, according to ESPN sources.

According to Thamel, Rousse told participants that, given the pending federal litigation in which he and LSU are named defendants, counsel advised him not to participate.

SEC leaders took no action.

Following the call, the SEC released a statement.

SEC’s reputation is damaged. They need to get rid of Skanky and regroup. Wait till those civil lawsuits start ramping up.

Yeah, this isn't over for the SEC. The SEC (as you said) still has to deal with those lawsuits from the players. Sankey's reputation is damaged for what happened in court. How in the hell do you not know about the 5 for 5 situation when all this fuss is based on it. As for him admitting on the stand not knowing the difference between a professional player vs one that isn't is laughable.
