ESPN Updates College Football Playoff Predictions After Week 3

Despite Saturday's 32-24 loss to Ole Miss in Oxford, LSU remains in the College Football Playoff picture, according to ESPN's latest postseason projections.

ESPN college football analysts Kyle Bonagura and Mark Schlabach both included the Tigers in their updated 12-team playoff brackets, though they have LSU taking different paths in the postseason.

Bonagura projects LSU as the No. 11 seed, traveling to face No. 6 Miami in the first round of the playoffs.

Schlabach has the Tigers earning the No. 10 seed and heading to Columbus for a first-round matchup against No. 7 Ohio State.

Both Bonagura and Schlabach predict that LSU will lose its first-round games.

LSU will look to bounce back from its first loss of the season when the Tigers host Texas A&M on Saturday, September 26, in Baton Rouge.
