Former LSU offensive line coach James Cregg is expected to join Lane Kiffin's new staff in Baton Rouge, according to reports.

Cregg was an assistant at LSU from 2018-2020 and served as offensive line coach and run game coordinator during the Tigers' National Championship season in 2019.

LSU's offensive line unit in 2019 won the Joe Moore Award for the Most Outstanding Offensive Line Unit in College Football.

Cregg is currently an analyst at Ole Miss and worked under Kiffin with the Oakland Raiders, Tennessee, and USC.

Kiffin did not retain LSU offensive line coach Brad Davis upon arriving in Baton Rouge, but added Kentucky offensive line coach Eric Wolford to his staff earlier this month.
