If they are better it will show you bad the coaching was with Brad on the OL and BK wouldn’t let them tackle in practice. But honestly some kids need a change to get an opportunity or just figure it out later.

Val Halla is a fun track got to play it right before they hosted the Ryder Cup. The Blue grass was about 6-7inches tall. You missed the fairway it was a struggle. Louisville is a fun town.

That looks like the Toll Brother houses in the Canopy in Houston. If you put the garage on the right and made the staircase round that was our house and floor plan.

Even with a new coach and big expectations you can show up the day of the game and get a better seat for a whole lot less money….happens every year every opener

Rules 1&5 should be house rules for. Every Married home….wonder how that would go over on one of those nice signs that blesses the house or has a nice saying on it….maybe on the fridge door?

Is that the I want to be a rapper hair do, a thug face tattoo and a biker combo with all the neck tats?
Looks like a Grade A type citizen who is mis understood…that’s all.
I like when you “have to interview” people and they complain you’re looking at their face piercings or face tattoos ….its like not that I want to but when you put those dumb things on your face and neck it makes it hard to have conversation without seeing them

Had a friend at Dartmouth Dr Williamson…that had a nice Bugatti collection about 12-13 of them including the second one that ever rolled off the line. Great doc and huge car collector built a glass 3 story airport hanger at his house with his Bugattis, vintage Ferraris, lambos, Bentleys, Rolls Royce’s etc and drove his old pick up truck to work every day with his tweed sports coat.
He was a classic New Englander great guy!

re: BR Graduation Culture Part 2 (twerk offs w/ diploma)
Posted by NorthstarinLA on 5/31/26 at 12:55 pm to RunninReb
Easy fix have 2 graduations one for people who actually graduated and want to walk across the stage like normal graduates. No family Tshirts or noise makers etc.
Then a second one for “special antics and activities” at a later time like say 11PM then they can go straight to the club and whatever else they want to do!
Problem solved

Even in college… when it was almost free($5@case for working at the bud plant) all bud beer is gross and tastes like shite even before they got stupid with the marketing…so that’s a definite NO since college in the 80s

re: Your theory about why so many people are willing to wait at drive-thrus for so long
Posted by NorthstarinLA on 5/31/26 at 7:44 am to Violent Hip Swivel
People in general are lazy and conditioned to sit in there car. It’s amazing at Starbucks the line is wrapped around the building, only 2 people inside ordering, the average person will wait 20plus minutes to get what ever 800calorie sugar drink they want versus walk inside get a cup of black coffee, hit the bathroom and out in 3-5minutes….that is the majority of society now a days lazy and a lot of unhealthy habits!

re: Disembarking a plane: what would you do?

That was last night on the delayed flight from LGA to CLT….happens at least 1-2 a week. The funniest is when they are landing at an airport that literally has no connections and they do that.
In general people everywhere take too long to get their stuff out of the overhead are slow and unorganized. That what I like seats 1B or 1D.

Paper route, mowed lawns, grocery store stocker, worked up to assistant manager, night crew, waiter, front desk at a hotel etc….best job was at the hotel front desk and waiter saw how the upper crust lived, private planes, helicopters, multiple coastal homes, 5 star dining and accommodations…. Caused a whole trajectory and changes in habits and outcomes for the BETTER! Be nice to everybody but never lose sight of your goal! Stay focused, wrote those goals down and achieve them!
