Omg. If you are the New GM at a company and you are bringing your personal staff with you. You don't retain anyone from the old staff unless you need them. You were hired to make the company better. Some of you get your dam feelings in the way because the old coach was a nice guy. Your the same guys yelling " we need to fire everyone and clean house' but when its happening , you flip flop. Jezzz

Just seems wasteful having to buy out contracts of good defensive coaches.

That’s not how it usually works after a HC change.

Like some of these firings are questionable at best. It’s just toxic to let these guys recruit for you and let them go. Understand changing the culture, but you can’t let recruiters that know the lay-of-the-land go! This is getting interesting...

The only reason you make this move is if it's a necessity. I look forward to seeing what it is.

Stupid move by Kelly. Baker was not only a good recruiter but he was a damn good LB coach too. Don’t agree with this.

You can't force a coach on a good DC. If the new DC wanted him he would still be here.

Shooter, we don’t have a new DC

We have one SulphursFinest, it just hasn't been announced yet.
