Talented four-star pro-style quarterback Harrison Bailey was one of a few class of 2020 recruits to visit LSU over the weekend.

Bailey, a 6-4, 220-pound prospect from Marietta, GA holds offers from LSU, Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, Texas A&M and many other schools.

He is rated the No. 2 overall pro-style quarterback for the class of 2020.

Where does the "elite" designation come from? If he's the number 2 rated overall pro style qb but only a 4 star, how is he considered elite?
