Elite five-star safety DJ Pickett announced his top five schools this week and included LSU in the group.

The 6-4, 170-pound prospect from Tampa, Fla. (Zephyrhills HS) is the No. 1 safety in the county for the class of 2025 and the No. 1 player from Florida.

His top schools are LSU, Oregon, Georgia, Michigan, and Miami.

Pickett recently wrapped up a visit to LSU, spending a lot of time with defensive backs coach Corey Raymond.
