i know someone that just went through the same thing. She did a 60 day rollover from her IRA to free up cash and put the cash back in when her house sold. It's not for everyone but works if you know the house will sell quickly or you can HELOC the new home to put cash back in the ira

Steve Duhon. Started every game as a freshman linebacker. Left LSU after freshman to focus on rodeo and was. 3x world champion steer wrestler
A few but I used to work in a hospital.
Marrying my wife and deciding to go over our comfort zone to purchase our house in June 2020.
We have an exception. Our nanny is a former marine and absolute smoke show.
I remember when the McDonald’s on Opelousas upgraded to the playground. I had my birthday party in the party room and I remember the manager telling my mom that they were putting in a playground. He seemed very excited.

A proper country indeed.

Loved that one and the Gludious Maximis scene where hes tweaking and screaming Metal!

He was awesome in that part. Dr. Metcalf probably doesn't get enough love.

Dr. Metcalf: Hazards: Well, we have the hail and the gatekeeper monster, whatever that might be. But I’d suggest that our biggest hazard is the fact that this bucket has to be driven by a fricking cat this time.

Dr. Metcalf: Hazards: I thought a cat driving was a 50/50 death sentence, but now that we’ve actually put a prepubescent crocodile behind the wheel, I see you’re not leaving anything to chance.

I really don't understand how most families can afford to own a home in certain parts of the country. I get weekly sale reports from my realtor and last week we had 13 homes sale in town all over asking. The cheapest one sold was for $734k which was $35k over asking. The most expensive was $5.3M which was $305k over asking. The only thing I can think of is that we are seeing flight out of NYC.
Yes, we stretched the hell out of our budget for our current house when we moved in 2020. It was probably 20% more than our comfort zone. However, it ended up being the best decision we made. We have a low interest rate and our income has increased significantly over the past 6 years. Also the home value is up 60%. We took a leap of faith and it has worked for us.
I use the bifold alligator wallet from the insta-gator ranch. They supply Neiman Marcus with its wallets.
Jesus, what are they feeding that kid.
Tough situation and I hope the OT can help some of the burden. Also, anyone that watched a baseball game using the special channel should send a few bucks to the GFM
Same. Just got a CPO GLS 450 with a 4.5 year warranty remaining. Very happy with it.
