I am Gen X parent of young kids. My MIL lives close by and kicks dinner twice a week and is at the house 3-4 times a week. My mother is 91 and is 1,600 miles away in Louisiana. We may see her a couple of times a year

We are expected to get 12-18 inches. My only gripe is that I can't find any decent sausage up here for my gumbo. I took a chance at a local butcher with some pork sausage but it just isn't the same.
